Xbox Network, formerly Xbox Live, is Microsoft's online service for Xbox consoles and PC, covering sign-in, multiplayer, the Microsoft Store, Game Pass and cloud gaming. When it breaks, consoles cannot sign in, multiplayer sessions drop and purchases stop working.
