By using status.buzz you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short, because the site is deliberately simple.

1. What this service is

status.buzz is owned and operated by LuzLab LLC. It is an independent monitoring site: it checks publicly available endpoints and status feeds, collects reports from visitors, and publishes the result. It is free to use and requires no account.

2. We are not affiliated with the services we track

We have no relationship with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by any company listed on this site. All company names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the service being monitored, which is nominative fair use. If you own a trademark and object to how it appears here, email us and we will address it promptly.

3. Accuracy is not guaranteed

This is the most important term on the page. Outage detection is inherently imperfect:

• A service can be down in your region while responding normally to our probes, and the reverse.
• A service can be partially broken, for example logins failing while the homepage loads, which automated checks may not notice.
• Crowd reports can be wrong, delayed, or absent, especially for smaller services.
• Status feeds published by companies are sometimes wrong or late.

Information here is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general information only. Do not rely on it for anything critical, including operational, financial, medical or safety decisions.

4. Acceptable use

When submitting reports or comments, you agree not to:

• submit false reports, or use scripts or repeated submissions to manufacture the appearance of an outage;
• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory or obscene content, or anyone's private information;
• post spam, advertising, malware or links intended to deceive;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.

Submissions are rate limited. We may remove any content and block access at our discretion, without notice.

5. Comments and moderation

Comments are public. They are hosted and moderated through Disqus, which applies its own spam filtering and terms in addition to these. They remain until removed by you, by us, or by Disqus.

You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site for as long as it is retained. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. Comments are the views of the people who wrote them, not ours.

6. Availability

There is a certain irony in an outage tracker promising uptime, so we do not. The site may be unavailable, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuzLab LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party links

We link to official status pages, help centres and social accounts for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
