With Auth0 specifically, Auth0 sits in front of other applications, so an Auth0 problem arrives as every app refusing to sign you in. Tenants are pinned to one region, and each connection you have configured, database, Google, an enterprise SAML provider, fails on its own. That is why this page reports what it observed rather than declaring the service healthy, and why reports from other visitors count toward the verdict.

For Auth0, sign in with a different connection on the same tenant, a database account instead of Google. One connection failing while another works is that identity provider rather than Auth0, and the tenant logs name which one refused. A problem that follows you across networks and devices is very unlikely to be yours.

If this page shows evidence of problems, the fault is most likely on Auth0's side. Specifically: do not rotate your client secret or edit the tenant's connections mid-incident. Both need the Management API that is likely to be part of the problem, and a half-applied change locks out the users who can currently still sign in. Existing sessions usually survive.
